About Haya

Haya’s journey is one of constant exploration and growth. After spending 15 years in business, strategy, and operations, and earning an MBA from IE Madrid, Haya found herself craving more—more challenge, more inspiration, and a deeper sense of purpose. This led her to transition from a successful career into the well-being sector, where she’s now focused on making a real impact in a world where mental health is increasingly vital.

Haya’s path has taken her from graduating in Boston to moving back to Saudi Arabia and eventually settling in Dubai. Along the way, she discovered a love for adventure and a passion for exploring both the world and her own potential. As a mother of three, Haya is committed to showing up as her best self, embodying the values she holds dear in every aspect of her life.

In her pursuit of deeper knowledge and skills in this field, Haya has undertaken a post-graduate degree in art therapy and is working toward ICF accreditation. Her story is more than just a career shift—it’s about embracing the power of the stories we tell ourselves and understanding that unconditional love and self-awareness are key to pushing through challenges. For a long time, Haya almost turned away from her vision for Blue Turtle, a community dedicated to growth, simplicity, and authentic living. Yet, through unconditional love, she has recommitted to creating a space that aligns with her values, all while remembering to enjoy the journey along the way.
